Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary
The role supports a diverse workforce including clinical administrative and union-represented staff in a dynamic 24/7 healthcare environment. The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting a positive equitable and legally compliant workplace environment across assigned departments within Temple Health. This role advises managers and employees on performance management conduct policy interpretation and employee relations matters. The Employee Relations Specialist conducts prompt thorough and impartial workplace investigations; analyzes findings; and recommends appropriate corrective or disciplinary action consistent with organizational standards and applicable employment laws. This position partners closely with operational leadership to resolve employee concerns ensure consistent application of policies mitigate organizational risk and promote fair and respectful employment practices within a complex healthcare environment.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (Required)
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years progressive experience in a related Human Resources role (Required)
- 2 years experience in conducting workplace investigations (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
- Prof in Human Resources (Preferred) or
- Sr Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
