As a Closing Coordinator (Escrow Assistant) you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.
This will be a temporary position supporting seasonal volume for our Northern California market through summer 2026. This will be fully remote - all equipment will be provided and training will be conducted virtually.
About the role
Work closely with agents buyers sellers and all necessary third parties to obtain all information needed for settlement.
Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
Opening orders reviewing contracts verifying information such as buyer/seller names sales price EMD and other pertinent fee allocation
Order and maintain detailed records including following up on needed items. Ensure timely delivery of EMD HOA solar lines and payoffs.
Deliver great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process
Escrow Assistants should love a challenge and enjoy creative problem solving to keep our clients and agents happy.
About you
1 year working an escrow desk as an assistant. Experience with residential purchase transactions highly preferred.
Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to guide clients and real estate agents through every step of the process while also working closely as a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a positive can-do attitude.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $22.80-$43.89. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus incentives and other employment-related benefits including but not limited to medical dental and vision benefits 401K retirement plan and paid-time off.
