Were hiring an Occupational Therapist in Jacksonville Florida (Southeast / Palm Coast territory) who wants schedule flexibility strong earning potential and true autonomy in home health. Youll step into a clinical home health role focused on 1:1 patient care evaluations SOCs reassessments and functional treatment planning. Youll manage your own schedule and territory with full leadership support but no micromanagement.
