As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services you will act as the key link and orchestrator between business needs and HR services. Working alongside services operations capability leads you will ensure that processes and tools deliver impeccable service to the organization while defining and executing resourcing plans that drive efficient performance.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
You will own the Employee Experience for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) serving as the vital link between local business teams and our shared services center. Your mission: continuously elevate how employees experience our organization driving self-service adoption building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring our People Services strategy delivers real impact locally.
You will lead and develop a team of PE professionals personally handle the most sensitive employee relations cases and represent Iberia in North West Europe forums. You will also contribute to pan-European and global People Experience programs giving you influence and visibility well beyond your local scope.

More about this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Experience Leadership: Oversee end-to-end Employee Experience service delivery in Spain and Portugal bridging the gap between the Iberia business unit and the shared services center.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive and promote the self-service scheme identify key needs and build strong relationships with stakeholders in Iberia and the People Services organization.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with People Lead and business teams to align People Services strategy with Iberia business needs and ensure effective implementation.
- Team Management: Advise and manage the People Experience team members in Spain and Portugal supporting service delivery and handling sensitive employee relations cases.
- Operational Oversight: Conduct regular operational monitoring define and prioritize missions enhance team engagement and represent Iberia People Services in Northern & Western Europe BU meetings.
- Project Participation: Contribute to pan-MEU People Experience programs and projects as part of the MEU and Global People Services Team.
Background & Profile Requirements:
- Education: Masters degree in Human Resources. Law degree is considered an asset.
- Experience: Approximately 10 years of generalist HR experience covering the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment talent management performance management etc.).
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing teams and handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.
- HR Expertise: Strong generalist HR skills and a deep understanding of Spanish (and valorated Portuguese) employment law to handle employee relations issues.
- Strategic Partnership: Ability to develop strong partnerships with senior management and create change strategies to lead complex transformations.
- Collaboration: Experience working in a multinational matrix environment with shared services.
- International Experience: Cross-cultural experience with international teams is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HRIS (ideally Workday) and general technological savviness. Experience implementing new system is an asset.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese will be considered as an asset as well as other MEU languages.
