About Adcities

  • Adcities is Spains leading programmatic Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising platform active in Mexico UAE and expanding into France and Brazil. Our mission: make the physical world as measurable and programmable as digital advertising the Google Ads for OOH.
  • Backed by Adara Ventures PlusPartners and Bynd with global clients including Coca Cola LOreal or Movistar were scaling fast and need talent that combines brand narrative with precise creative execution.

The Role

  • Were looking for a Marketing Manager to be the creative and narrative engine of Adcities in the Iberian market with support to the European hub.
  • This person will translate our tech value proposition into clear compelling communication for brands agencies media owners and the adtech community.
  • This is a hybrid role between product marketing content and creative production not a coordination profile but someone who executes and produces hands-on.

Tasks

Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Storytelling

  • Develop product narratives for agency advertiser and media owner audiences.
  • Create sales materials: decks one-pagers case studies and visual proposals.
  • Translate technical concepts (DSP SSP contextual scoring) into accessible powerful messages.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to build assets tailored by vertical or client.

Creative Production (Adobe Stack)

  • Design graphic assets for campaigns events social media and corporate materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos reels and product demos with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Deliver print- and digital-ready final artwork with full command of the production workflow.

Events & Activations

  • Coordinate and produce Adcities own events: client breakfasts industry meetups trade show presence.
  • Manage creative logistics: materials signage and on-site brand experience.
  • Support production of the ADCITIES Podcast (recorded at Spotify Studio Madrid and associated activations).

Content & Brand Presence

  • Manage the content calendar for LinkedIn newsletters and owned channels.
  • Write on-brand copy: from social posts to internal press releases.
  • Contribute to positioning Adcities as a thought leader in the European OOH/adtech ecosystem.

Requirements

**Required Profile
**Must-have

  • Mastery of the Adobe stack: Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Ability to deliver final artwork for both digital and physical production environments.
  • Product marketing experience: you know how to explain what a product does and why it matters.
  • Skill in building visual and written narratives that resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Experience organizing professional events (logistics vendors brand experience).
  • Native Spanish and fluent English both required daily (oral and written).

Nice to have

  • Background in adtech martech or digital/OOH advertising ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot etc.).
  • French or other European languages.
  • Experience at a growth-stage or scale-up startup.
  • Genuine interest in outdoor advertising and its programmatic evolution.
