Are you ready to love what you do again Nikao Performance and Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our boutique outpatient orthopedic team in Tempe AZ. We provide a personalized 1-on-1 patient experience support specialty areas and dedicate time for clinicians to work at an expert level.

Full-time part-time and PRN candidates are welcome with student loan repayment continuing education support and flexible schedules available.

What Youll Do

• Treat a general orthopedic caseload in a one-on-one setting

• Provide customized treatment plans tailored to each patient

• Build expertise in your specialty area with ongoing support

• Deliver care in a boutique patient-centered environment

• Enjoy manageable scheduling with 40-minute patient visits

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time salary: $90000$110000 per year

• PRN rate: $55 per hour

• Student Loan Repayment: $5000/year for full-time

• Health stipend 2 weeks PTO 6 paid holidays

• $1500 per year for CEUs with protected time for learning

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: MondayFriday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Requirements

• Active AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Dry Needling certification preferred

• Open to all experience levels with full-time part-time or PRN availability
