Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monitoring the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
Managing accounts payable using accounting software e.g. Oracle Accounting Software
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Employee reimbursements
Analyzing workflow processes
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Processing due invoices for payments
Comparing purchase orders prices terms of payment and other charges
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Stakeholder management
Perform other tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

With bachelors degree in Accounting
With at least 2 years of work experience in AP/General Accounting
Willing to work in mid-shift schedule
Willing to work in BGC/QC
