This is a compelling opportunity to join Sedgwicks global Talent Acquisition team on a 6month interim contract where your work directly shapes the future of the company. Youll lead endtoend hiring activity across the Netherlands and Belgium with potential to extend responsibility to Germany subject to language capability.

Youll join a diverse inclusive and supportive global TA function driven by a single aim: make hiring at Sedgwick worldclass. Youll act as a strategic partner to the businessbuilding strong relationships with senior leaders crafting datadriven insights and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Well match your impact with tailored onboarding and development support throughout your assignment.

What youll do

  • Be a trusted advisorto hiring teams senior management and departmental heads influencing decisions with insight and expertise.
  • Own the full TA lifecycle: briefing sourcingscreening/interviewingfeedback and offer managementadding value throughout.
  • Build strong talent pipelinesthrough proactive sourcing employer branding social channels referrals and internal mobility.
  • Transform data into action: partner with the Head of TA to create insights that shape TA strategy and priorities.
  • Champion internal mobilityand support Sedgwicks commitment to developing colleagues.
  • Lead TA initiativesincluding referral programmes and other hiring projects across the region.
  • Collaborate across CR and business leadershipto shape recruitment approaches aligned to country and functional strategy.
  • Support DE&I goalsby ensuring diverse and balanced shortlists.
  • Deliver a first-class experiencefor candidates and hiring managers balancing quality pace and stakeholder care.

Other duties: As required by the senior management team. These are integral to the role and carry equal accountability.

What youll bring

  • Significantfullcycle TA experiencein global fastpaced environments.
  • Multilingual capability:English & Dutchessential.
  • Advanced sourcing capability across multiple digital and market-specific tools.
  • Stronginterviewing communication negotiation and problemsolvingskills.
  • Proven experience in usingdata and metricsto guide decision-making.
  • Workdayexperience highly desirable.

You bring the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions confidently and show comfort in working intransformationled and ambiguous environmentswith a proactive mindset.

You have strong collaboration skills across teams including hiring managers and CR Business Partners.
