We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join the management team as a Sales Manager at Thainstone House this role youll be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and creating a proactive sales plan aligned with the hotels commercial business goals. Key responsibilities include driving new business across various segments developing corporate accounts managing local and agent accounts attending client meetings and networking at events. Youll also conduct competitor analysis lead sales meetings and report on sales progress. Were seeking someone with strong business acumen excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others while maintaining a calm approach in a fast-paced environment.
