In financial operations at PwC you will specialise in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organisations. Your work will involve assessing financial processes identify areas for improvement and design and implement solutions to streamline financial operations enhance controls and reduce costs. You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation process automation and financial shared services.

Engagement Delivery

Work on challenging and rewarding Finance Transformation EPM engagements with multidisciplinary teams
Advise clients onoptimizingfinancial consolidation planning budgeting forecasting reporting and dashboards
Conduct organizational diagnostics on finance and performance management processes
Define business requirements for OneStream application configuration and implementation
Support the design build migration and testing of OneStream multidimensional data models including dimensions hierarchies and attributes
Configure OneStream componentsincluding:WorkflowsData SourcesTransformation RulesBusiness Rules and CalculationsDashboardsData Management SequencesCube andmetadata configurationSystem security
Develop OneStream input templates reports and analytical dashboards
Support data integration andimportprocesses including mappings validations and reconciliations
Implement OneStream calculationsleveragingbusiness rules and formulas (allocations topdown spreading currency logic etc.)
Support vendor and EPM software selection activities including business requirements gathering
Prepare review and contribute to highquality engagement deliverables ensuring they meet PwC and client quality standards
Identifymonitor and help resolve project issues and risks
Work within Agile project delivery environments for EPM implementation initiatives
Establish credibility with existing and new clients bydemonstratingsubjectmatterexpertisein EPM tools and finance processes

People & Practice Development

Participate in business development activities
Team with PwC colleagues across other lines of service in support of client needs for Finance Consulting services
Support the development of thought leadership and point of view materials related to EPM and Finance Transformation
Share EPM knowledge and delivery experience across the PwC network
Support junior team members through collaboration informal coaching and knowledge sharing
Activelyparticipatein learning development and capability building activities within the EPM practice

What Youll Bring:

Working in a professional services environment (a combination of industry management consulting and/or software implementation)
Handsonexperience with one or more EPM platforms including OneStream Oracle Anaplan Tagetik Board Adaptive etc.)
Managing and executing large finance enterprise and/or data architecture transformation programs
Leadingor contributing tothe design build migration and testing of OneStream for multi-dimensional data models (dimensions hierarchies attributes); input template and report build; Data Integration and Extract Transform and Load (ETL) concepts; understanding of calculations (allocation top-down spreading currencies); and workflow data permissions and security
Leading the configuration of OneStream including but not limited to: Workflows Data Sources Transformation Rules Business Rules and Calculations Dashboards Data Management Sequences Cube/Master Data and System Security
Understanding ofcore accounting areas including Performance Management (executive dashboards management reporting planning budgeting and forecasting analytics and decision support); Record-to-Report (financial close consolidation financial reporting fixed assets inventory payroll); Order-to-Cash (order entry customer credit invoicing accounts receivable collections); and Procure-to-Pay (procurement accounts payable invoicing)
Possessing a client service orientation such as building solid relationships with clients approaching clients in an organized manner anddemonstratingflexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
Working in an Agile project management environment for tool implementation projects
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends and an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
OneStream or any EPM tool certifications and/or credentials are an asset

The salary range for this position is $84700 - $134700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
