About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to support daily HR operations. This position ensures accurate employee records smooth onboarding and responsive support for employees and leaders across the organization. This is a full-time non-exempt (hourly) position and is eligible for over time. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check reference check and any required health screenings or clearances.

What Youll Do

• Maintain employee records and process HR transactions (new hires status changes terminations etc.)
• Support onboarding and New Hire Orientation
• Prepare and track HR reports (turnover compliance etc.)
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries
• Support recruitment and pre-employment processes
• Monitor licenses certifications and compliance requirements
• Provide general HR administrative support and customer service
• This position requires prolonged sitting computer use and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.

What Were Looking For

• AA degree (BA preferred)
• 3 years of administrative or HR experience
• Strong organization communication and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Transparency & Benefits

Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $22.00 $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on experience skills and qualifications.

Depending on the specific role or shift employees may be eligible for additional compensation (Differential Pay) between $1.00 - $5.00 per hour.
