Job Summary
Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for an attorney to join a specialized litigation practice focused on representing public safety personnel in administrative investigations and related proceedings.
This role provides immediate responsibility and hands-on involvement in complex high-stakes matters.
This opportunity also has the potential to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative investigations and disciplinary defense matters
- Represent clients in sensitive high-pressure proceedings
- Participate in civil rights-related litigation work
- Attorneys will work directly with clients and develop experience managing matters from intake through resolution.
Candidate Profile
- At least four years of litigation experience
- Litigation-focused background with administrative or related experience
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a team
- Strong judgment and professionalism in high-stress situations
Compensation
- Rate: $50 to $80 per hour DOE
