A highly respected law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Cincinnati office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising employers on workplace matters employment litigation labor relations compliance issues and day-to-day employment counseling.

2 years of labor & employment experience

Experience representing employers in employment litigation and workplace disputes preferred

Experience advising clients on wage and hour compliance discrimination claims leave and accommodation issues restrictive covenants and workplace policies

Experience conducting legal research drafting motions and managing litigation matters

Experience counseling employers on personnel decisions investigations and risk management strategies

Strong writing analytical and advocacy skills

Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters independently

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated employer-side labor & employment practice

Exposure to litigation counseling and compliance matters

Significant client interaction and responsibility
