Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys being deeply involved in case strategy and wants to be part of a firm that invests in its people.

This role is ideal for a paralegal who understands the litigation process from start to finish is highly organized tech-savvy and can confidently manage a busy caseload alongside attorneys.

What Youll Do

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from filing through resolution or trial.
• Manage a litigation caseload of 4050 active matters.
• Draft and coordinate discovery pleadings subpoenas medical records and deposition materials.
• Maintain case deadlines court filings and client communications.
• Utilize Filevine and other legal technology tools to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and workup.
• Potentially assist with training mentoring and overseeing other litigation paralegals as the team grows.

What Theyre Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the litigation process from inception through trial.
• Experience supporting a high-volume litigation practice.
• Proficiency with Filevine or similar case management systems.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive professional who can anticipate needs and take ownership of their work.
