About the Role:

Our corporate subscriptions Manager Account Management role requires a mix of relationship management customer engagement and data-driven decision-making to ensure retention and growth within the education sector.

You Will:

• Manages 1 or more development managers or sellers focused on new business activities while also carrying an individual quota for revenue generation.

• Sets the strategy for new business within his or her team

• Manages pipeline via salesforce

• Conducts virtual and in-person meetings with clients to establish relationships and drive new opportunities into pipeline

• Sets KPIs for sellers in consultation with sales leadership for his or her team

• Stay up to date with Dow Jones suite of enterprise subscription solutions

• Travel to meet clients (where appropriate).

• Forecasting team revenue to management
