We are seeking an Industrial Engineer - Level 2 to drive manufacturing efficiency optimize workflows and advance continuous improvement across our operations. This role will focus on process analysis layout optimization and the implementation of lean methodologies to enhance productivity and performance.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze production workflows facility layouts and equipment utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Develop maintain and optimize labor standards routings and work instructions.

• Perform time studies bottleneck analysis capacity assessments and ergonomic evaluations.

• Identify waste and non-value-added activities; improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and standard work documentation.

• Design and optimize factory layouts using DraftSight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations with a minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum 2 years of experience or in absence of a degree 4 years of relevant experience may be acceptable

QualificationsWe Prefer:

• Certification or knowledge in lean manufacturing continuous improvement and process optimization principles

• Experience using DraftSight AutoCAD or equivalent software

• Manufacturing experience

• Ability to problem-solve think analytically and drive decisions based on data.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
