Saviynt Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Saviynt Engineer with strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The candidate will be responsible for implementation configuration and support of Saviynt solutions focusing on identity lifecycle access governance and integrations across hybrid and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Saviynt IGA solutions including:
  • Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
  • Access Request Management (ARM)
  • Access Certifications / Recertifications
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Role Mining and Role Engineering (RBAC)
• Customize and configure:
  • Workflows rules jobs approvals and notifications
  • Dashboards analytics reports and certification campaigns
• Perform application onboarding using:
  • Standard and custom connectors (REST JDBC SCIM)
• Develop and maintain integrations with:
  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
• Build and support:
  • Custom workflows
  • APIs within Saviynt
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
• Provide production support and operational maintenance
• Support audits by delivering:
  • Access evidence
  • Reports and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with:
  • Architects
  • Security teams
  • Business stakeholders
• Participate in:
  • Upgrades enhancements and tool migrations (e.g. SailPoint Saviynt)
• Maintain strong documentation and follow:
  • SDLC processes
  • Change management practices

Required Skills

Core Skills

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance
• Hands-on Saviynt experience (EIC / IGA / Security Manager)

Technical Expertise

• Identity Lifecycle Management (JML)
• Access Certifications & Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Role Engineering & RBAC
• Saviynt workflows rules and configurations
• API & Integration experience (REST JDBC SCIM)
• Integration with AD / Azure AD / Entra ID

Functional Knowledge

• IAM controls and governance frameworks
• Audit and compliance (SOX SOC etc.)
• Hybrid and cloud IAM environments

Experience

• 6-8 years in IAM / Identity Governance
• 2-3 years hands-on Saviynt experience

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with global teams
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
