Whatyoulldo
Collaborate with internal partners across FCC to understand businessobjectivesand guide the brand communications advertising and creative team in delivering insightdriven initiatives
Develop strategic project plans and creative briefs that inspire teams and alignwithbusiness goals
Project manage timelines and key milestones to ensure effective delivery
Apply marketing and communications best practices emerging trends and strategic thinking to shape initiativesfor impactful results
Be highly adaptable andreadytodeliver on evolving business needs
Whatyoullbring to the team
Required qualifications:
Degree in marketing or communicationsartsor English
Minimumfiveyears experience leading brand and communications projects
A proven record of success in informally leadingteams
Demonstrated experienceinuncovering business challenges and collaborating on integrated marketing and communications initiatives
In-depth knowledge of brand and communication principles and best practices
Project management designation or experience with project management techniques and practices
Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills
Preferred qualifications:
Proven leadership and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust at all levels
Knowledge of finance andthe Canadianagricultureand foodindustry
