Job Summary

Assist with planning and running daily practices and game preparation
Provide instruction on volleyball skills fundamentals and game strategy
Support supervision of student-athletes during practices games and team events
Help monitor academic progress and promote good sportsmanship and character
Assist with scouting reports film breakdown and opponent prep
Help with equipment management uniforms and facility setup/cleanup
Ensure compliance with school district and MSHSAA rules and policies
Communicate effectively with players parents and school staff
Support offseason development camps and program growth initiatives
