A leading organisation is seeking a dynamic Fitment Centre Manager to take full accountability for leading organising and optimising all aspects of a high-performing fitment centre. This role is ideal for a commercially minded individual who thrives on driving strategy profitability and team alignment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning leading and controlling the full operation of the fitment centre ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational initiatives.
- This includes driving revenue growth by converting sales opportunities and building a strong customer base while maintaining strict control over expenses stock and cash management to ensure sustainable profitability.
- The role will focus heavily on leadership fostering a culture of trust accountability and high performance through effective communication KPI management and ongoing team development.
- Delivering exceptional customer service will be key ensuring staff are empowered and trained to achieve targeted Net Promoter Scores.
- Additionally the role will require strict adherence to company processes and compliance standards including monitoring sales managing stock variances reviewing reports and mitigating operational risk.
- Continuous improvement learning and adaptability within the industry will be essential along with effective performance and disciplinary management of staff.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Commerce Degree
- General Management Diploma (essential for internal candidates)
- Minimum 6 years overall experience with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive revenue and control costs
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Strong budgeting and financial management capability
- Knowledge of fitment centre operations and industry products
- Sound understanding of company policies procedures and best practices
