Working 36.5 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Passenger Team Leader to join our vibrant this pivotal role you will be responsible for leading and supporting a group of passenger service ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Travel Passenger Assistant Officers fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor daily operations ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless travel service.
- Prepare reports and assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the travel or transport sector.
- Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in handling customer service challenges.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 6:30am and 5:30pm
