Whatyoulldo

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders influencing decisionmaking related to organizational design workforce planning talent performance and culture

  • Translate business strategies into integrated HR plans that support short-and long-term outcomes

  • Leverage workforce analytics metrics and external trends toanticipaterisksidentifyopportunities and inform evidencebased decisions

  • Translate complex data and insights into clear compelling narratives that enable leaders to act with confidence

  • Communicate with influence and credibility adapting messages to diverse audiences and coaching leaders to achieve results

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives including restructures role clarity and transformation efforts ensuring thoughtful change management and leader readiness

  • Provideexpert guidance on employee relations matters including sensitive and complex situations balancing risk mitigation fairness and business needs

  • Facilitate and mediate challenging conversations with professionalism discretion and sound judgment

  • Foster inclusive dialogue respectfully challenge perspectives and support leaders in making informed valuesbased decisions

  • Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Total Rewards ER DEI etc.) to connect the rightexpertiseat the right time

  • Build and sustain strong crossdivisional relationships working collaboratively across HR Legal Finance and other key partners

Whatyoullbring to the team

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration human resources or a related field

  • A minimum oftenyears of progressive HR experiencewithsignificantexperienceasanHR Business Partnersupportingsenior leaders

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and strategic priorities

  • Exceptionalcommunication coaching and relationship-building skills

  • Experienceusing data and analytics to inform decisions and influence outcomes

  • Sound judgment discretion and the ability to navigateambiguity with confidence

  • Proficiencyin both official languages (English and French) and proven abilityinoral and written communication.

Preferred qualifications

  • CPHR designation

  • Demonstratedexpertisein employee relations workforce planning and change leadership

  • Experience supporting large national organizations
