Shift: Day Shift 5x8 Hours 40 Hours/Week

Shift Timings:

• 06:30 AM 03:00 PM

• 08:30 AM 05:00 PM

• 11:00 AM 07:30 PM

About the Role:
Seeking an experienced OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support surgical teams in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments

• Maintain sterile field during procedures

• Assist surgeons nurses and anesthesia teams

• Pass instruments and supplies during surgeries

• Perform surgical scrubbing duties across specialties

• Handle sterilization and infection prevention protocols

• Monitor surgical inventory and supplies

• Assist with patient positioning and OR setup

• Float to SPD and ENDO departments as needed

• Maintain accurate surgical documentation

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Active California Surgical Tech credentials/license required

• Minimum 2 years acute care OR Tech experience required

• Recent operating room experience required

• Strong sterile technique and infection control knowledge

• Ability to scrub and assist during surgeries

• Previous procedural department floating experience preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced surgical settings

• Travel experience preferred but not required

• Experience with multiple surgical specialties preferred

• BLS certification required
