• The Experience: Proven background in Restoration or Construction/Remodeling. You know how buildings work and how to take them apart safely.
  
  
• The Credentials: IICRC Certification (WRT/ASD) is highly preferred. If youve got the certifications weve got the compensation.
  
  
• Leadership Grit: Youre someone who leads by example isnt afraid to get dirty and knows how to keep a crew motivated and efficient.
  
  
• Reliability: Youre ready for the 24/7 nature of restoration including emergency rotations and plenty of OT.
  
  
• The Drive: You dont want to stay a Lead foreveryou want to manage the whole department.
