No travel hybrid after 90 days
Implement HCM products and services
Verify data for accuracy and meet timelines
Stay current with payroll timekeeping benefits tax laws
Use conversion programs to load employee data into our platform
Provide customer updates and support via phone or email
Attend training and seminars to stay up-to-date
Look for ways to improve internal processes
Required
HCM Onboarding Benefits Payroll ATS or Timekeeping implementations
Detail-oriented able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technical aptitude including advanced Excel and CRM tools
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Organized with strong follow-through and accountability
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Ability to train users at all levels
