HEALTH TEACHER

The Health Teacher provides instruction aligned with the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Health Education Standards.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree is required in education or a health-related field
Valid Massachusetts 5-8 teacher license in Health
SEI Endorsement

Responsibilities:

Create and deliver lessons aligned to the MA Health Education Standards
Strong classroom management
Effective communicator; communicates regularly with families students and colleagues
Work collaboratively with Sky Views physical education teacher and district-wide colleagues
Attend monthly Wellness Committee meetings (virtually)
