• Responsibilities (these Are Some Of The Primary Tasks Involved): Assist patients with their activities of daily living such as ambulation dressing bathing toileting and personal hygiene
• Follow the care plan of our RN supervisor
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Report changes in patient condition or behavior
• Prepare meals following the patients nutritional requirements and preferences
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry
• Monitor for safety
• Provide companionship
• Complete 12 hours of in-service training per year
• Annual competency evaluation by our RN

• NJ Certified Home Health Aide
• Must have legal work authorization for the United States
• Drivers license a plus but not required
• TB Clearance (2-step PPD Chest X-ray or Quantiferon)
• Physical
• MMR immunization record
• Photo ID
