OpenMarkets is seeking a passionate and dedicated Health Coach to join our team in Chicago. This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. As a Health Coach you will play a pivotal role in improving the health outcomes of clients in the Hospital/Health Care industry.

In this entry-level role you will engage with clients to create customized health plans educate them on healthy lifestyle choices and provide ongoing motivation and accountability. With a focus on preventative health and well-being youll help clients navigate their health journeys effectively. We offer a competitive salary range of $95000 - $105000 annually alongside comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual health assessments and develop personalized coaching plans
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in achieving their health and wellness goals
  • Educate clients on nutrition fitness and lifestyle modification strategies
  • Offer motivational support to encourage behavior change and adherence
  • Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
  • Stay updated on health trends and evidence-based practices
