Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Compass Realty Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing real estate development projects from start to finish ensuring they meet quality standards deadlines and budgetary goals. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan coordinate and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare project plans schedules and budgets; track progress and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project timelines budgets and resource allocation and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with specifications quality standards and safety regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams clients investors and local authorities regarding project progress and approvals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project documentation contracts and permits are complete and up to date.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
• Assist with post-construction evaluations and project closeout processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture Real Estate or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera Procore or similar).
• Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes zoning laws and real estate regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
