Answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries orders and general questions.
Providing accurate information about our CBD products and their benefits to customers.
Assisting customers with placing orders processing payments and resolving any issues or complaints.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Updating customer accounts and information in the company database.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Following company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Desired Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
Experience in the health and wellness industry or with CBD products is a plus.
