Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative at Extract Wellness you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support for our hemp-based CBD products designed to promote overall wellness. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer inquiries and address their needs effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries orders and general questions.
- Providing accurate information about our CBD products and their benefits to customers.
- Assisting customers with placing orders processing payments and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Updating customer accounts and information in the company database.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Following company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
Desired Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry or with CBD products is a plus.
