Location: Remote (Latin America)

Compensation: $1500 $2500 USD/month plus performance-based bonuses

Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CT (40 hours/week)

About the Role

You will run high-volume candidate interviews back to back evaluating English fluency critical thinking communication and cultural fit for US clients. Beyond interviews you will source candidates work directly with clients to understand their standards and support onboarding to make sure placements land well. This role fits someone who does their best work when the interview calendar is full and trusts their read on people because it has held up over years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run 40 candidate interviews per week in 15-minute back-to-back blocks assessing English fluency critical thinking communication quality and professional accomplishments.
  • Source candidates through targeted channels to keep the pipeline full for active client roles.
  • Meet with US clients to understand their team culture hiring standards and what an A-player looks like for each role.
  • Manage your full pipeline in Recruit CRM from sourced candidate to placed hire.
  • Support new placements through onboarding to make sure they meet client expectations in their first weeks.
  • Flag patterns in candidate quality sourcing channels or client feedback that help the team get better over time.
  • Work within AI-driven systems built to cut busywork so you can focus on evaluation and judgment calls.

Who You Are

  • You have direct experience at a Latin American nearshore staffing company placing LatAm talent with US clients. Not domestic staffing. Not a general recruiting agency.
  • Your English is C2-level. You will interact with US clients and evaluate candidates on their communication. Yours has to be flawless.
  • You know the difference between someone who interviews well and someone who will actually perform. You have real pattern recognition from years of evaluating people.
  • You lean toward quality over volume. You would rather pass on 50 decent candidates than place one who washes out in 60 days.
  • You learn new systems quickly and see AI-powered tools as a way to do better work not a threat.
  • You can run a full day of interviews and stay sharp through the last one.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Recruit CRM or a similar ATS
  • Experience managing a sourcing-to-placement pipeline across multiple concurrent roles
  • Prior work at a nearshore staffing company that was still scaling not coasting
  • Spanish and English bilingual

Home Office Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps recommended).
  • A noise-cancelling headset or quality microphone.
  • A quiet workspace with no background noise or distractions.
  • A computer that can run Recruit CRM video conferencing and related tools without issues.
  • Good lighting and a clean background for video interviews.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

  • The interview pipeline runs at full capacity and every candidate goes through the same clear evaluation standards.
  • Client hiring managers trust your candidate assessments and are not second-guessing your recommendations.
  • You know each active client well enough to screen for their culture standards and definition of an A-player without constant back-and-forth.

Ongoing

  • Placement quality stays high. Clients keep their hires past 90 days because the right people were picked from the start.
  • The sourcing pipeline stays strong enough that open roles do not stall waiting for candidates.
  • The CEO spends less time on talent evaluation because you own that function.
