Senior Identity Hygiene Analyst

• Support and administer quarterly access certification and attestation campaigns across global applications.
• Analyze identity and access data to identify anomalies dormant accounts ownership gaps and other risk indicators.
• Onboard applications and groups into the organizations Identity Governance platform.
• Track remediation activities and ensure timely completion of governance deliverables.
• Maintain documentation evidence repositories and support audit and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with territory CISOs application owners and IT operations teams to resolve identity governance issues.
• Develop and improve operational processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce reporting and insights to support governance compliance and risk management objectives.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and reporting automation.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket and request management.
• Experience supporting audits controls testing or compliance reviews related to access management.
• Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with Splunk SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analysis documentation reporting or process automation.
