Scope:
The client has identified the need to accelerate the capture of high-level HR and Pay requirements. The Resource will perform business analysis activities focused on HR functional domains including (but not limited to):
o Core HR (personnel administration organisational structures)
o Client-specific HR processes (postings deployments readiness tracking)
o Compensation and benefits
o Workforce planning and talent management
o HR reporting and analytics

Tasks:
Participate in workshops interviews and working sessions with HR stakeholders
Identify and document current-state HR and Pay processes
Capture future-state HR needs aligned with transformation objectives
Document functional and non-functional HR requirements in a structured and traceable format
Ensure documentation is complete validated and accessible to stakeholders
Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) linking requirements to business outcomes
Provide regular updates to the Business Authority and project leadership
Manage requirement changes including version control and impact tracking
The Resource will collaborate closely with client stakeholders Business Authority and solution integrators.
