Workforce Planning & Business Analyst
Job Summary
Position Summary
The Business Analyst US Expansion will play a critical role in supporting the organizations growth into the United States market. This role is responsible for planning forecasting and operational support with a strong focus on labour planning recruitment and business analysis. The position requires a hands-on individual with an operations background who can bridge strategic planning with execution.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
- Support business planning initiatives related to US market expansion
- Develop and maintain forecasts for labour resources and revenue
- Analyze business performance and identify trends to support decision-making
Human Capital & Recruitment
- Lead and support human capital planning efforts
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing and hiring
- Work closely with operations leaders to align staffing plans with business needs
Business Analysis & Research
- Conduct market and operational research to support expansion strategy
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
Operations & Administration
- Provide administrative and operational support to expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of plans
- Assist with documentation reporting and tracking of key initiatives
Procurement Support
- Support procurement activities related to new business setup and operations
- Assist in vendor identification evaluation and onboarding

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in business analysis operations or a related role 5 years
- Strong understanding of operational environments (RHS operations experience considered an asset)
- Proven experience in recruitment and workforce planning
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
