Job Title: RQ11084 Automation Developer Senior
Client: Government Services Integration Cluster
Ministry: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Location: 222 Jarvis Street Toronto Ontario
Work Model: 5 Days Onsite

Description / Responsibilities / Skills:

Responsibilities:

Identifies opportunities for automation within software processes
Designs and executes QA tests using automated scripts
Designs and writes test automation scripts
Utilizes test automation frameworks
Investigates software issues identified during testing
Collaborates with QA analysts and developers to resolve issues

General Skills:

Experience identifying automation opportunities in software processes
Experience designing automated tests
Experience testing applications databases systems and infrastructure
Experience documenting defects and quality issues
Experience installing automation tools and environments
Experience collaborating with stakeholders on workflow improvements
Experience gathering and documenting requirements
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines

Skills Technical Skills (40%)

Selenium Cypress Playwright WebDriverIO for UI testing
Postman REST Assured SoapUI for API testing
JMeter Gatling for performance testing
Programming in Java Python JavaScript C#
Git Jenkins Azure DevOps GitLab CI
Test frameworks: TestNG JUnit Mocha
BDD tools: Cucumber SpecFlow

Quality Assurance & Testing (35%)

Knowledge of STLC and QA methodologies
Experience with functional regression integration system and exploratory testing
