Title: SAP S4 HANA Test Lead / SAP Analyst
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension based on demand
Location: Remote. Candidates local to Corning NY or Charlotte NC preferred; however candidates in all US locations will be considered. Must be willing to work EST.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. No OT expected

Job Description
As part of our ERP Transformation journey Client is migrating several ERP systems to a single SAP S/4HANA platform. Clines Information Technology division is seeking a testing professional with experience creating executing and maintaining test scripts for complex SAP S/4HANA business processes across an integrated enterprise landscape. This role will support end-to-end testing activities for SAP S/4HANA deployments and quarterly releases with a focus on validating business process integrity across functional areas integrations environments and transports. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SAP business process testing defect management test planning and coordination with both technical and business stakeholders in support of large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
Scope of Position
Lead testing activities across SAP modules and end-to-end business processes including:
Order to Cash (OTC)
Procure to Pay (PTP)
Record to Report (RTP)
Logistics Execution / Extended Warehouse Management (LES/EWM)
Quality and related business processes (QAR)
Record to Report (RTR) Finance and Controlling

This position is responsible for helping ensure that SAP S/4HANA solutions are validated across integrated process flows business scenarios quarterly releases project deployments and regression testing cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SAP business process test scenarios and test scripts for SAP S/4HANA deployments
Support test planning and test execution for project implementations releases regression cycles and retesting activities
Manage and maintain a master test scenario library to support reuse traceability and ongoing regression coverage
Identify testing scope required to support quarterly releases enhancement deployments and project delivery milestones
Establish traceability between project requirements and testing scenarios
Log track and manage defects using OpenText ALM including documentation of issue details reproducibility steps and business impact
Report testing progress defect status testing risks and issue resolution status to project stakeholders
Collaborate closely with configurators developers and Process Delivery Leads to validate fixes and conduct retesting
Partner with business users during testing activities including test preparation execution support issue clarification and results review
Validate end-to-end process execution across integrated SAP modules to ensure business process continuity in SAP S/4HANA
Support regression testing activities to confirm that system changes transports and releases do not adversely impact existing business functionality
Work within complex SAP system landscapes and transport paths to help ensure testing is aligned with the appropriate environment and release content
Contribute to test readiness activities including test data coordination scenario preparation and execution status tracking
Help ensure test documentation is complete current and aligned to business process and deployment needs

Work Experience
5 years of experience in testing and test execution of SAP business processes
2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Participation in 1 or more full SAP implementations (end-to-end)
Experience working in complex SAP landscapes with transport management
Experience with defect management processes and tools
Experience supporting complex multi-country SAP implementations
Experience with Solution Manager and/or Focused Build including an Agile project management mindset
Experience defining systems strategy gathering and documenting systems requirements developing functional and technical specifications supporting design and prototyping testing training defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines **

Required Skills
SAP S/4HANA functional and technical knowledge
Strong understanding of integrated SAP business process testing across multiple modules
Experience developing and maintaining business process test scenarios test scripts and test evidence
Ability to support testing across project deployments release cycles and regression testing efforts
Experience using OpenText ALM / Quality Center for test execution and defect management
Strong written and verbal communication skills including documentation of defects test results and status updates
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams business users and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated attention to detail in validating business processes documenting issues and maintaining testing assets

Preferred Skills
Previous SAP Test Lead experience
Experience managing multiple projects or testing workstreams simultaneously
Experience coordinating end-to-end testing across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation deployment or regression testing initiatives

Interview Process: Two Rounds. First Round Video Interview with Direct Manager Second Round Panel Video Interview (3-4 team members).
