Job Description/ Responsibilities
Details
Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering sales customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud
Bachelors or master s degree in computer science computer engineering or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience
3-10 years of experience with Infrastructure automation tools (Terraform) with a focus on IaC and immutable infrastructure
3-10 years of experience with GCP cloud foundational offerings IAM VPC Cloud Logging Security controls Storage and Compute
In-depth understanding of Google Clouds GKE Enterprise Serverless BigData and Data analytics native offering such as Dataproc Composer Dataflow BQ and other technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting reproducing and determining the root cause for customer-reported issues building tools and faster diagnosis.
Software development experience in one of the OO programming language: Java Go and or Python
Understanding of good cloud architecture to ensure high availability while ensuring the highest level of security and visibility.
Strong background of Container & Orchestration Technologies such as Docker Kubernetes Openshift
Understanding of Traffic Flow Management to include Service Mesh concepts with experience in Istio preferred as well as how GTM and LTMs manage traffic flows.
Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools such as Stackdriver Prometheus and OTEL.
FinOps (cloud) domain knowledge preferred
Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions
Confirmed support of production systems at scale.
Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential Project Code :
