Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
- Workday Exten expertise: Hands-on experience in Workday Extend App development using Workday Cloud platform. Build and deploy custom applications(UI business logic) within Workday. Strong knowledge of Extend Frameworks resuable components and UI design patterns. Experience with REST APIs Workday APIs and external service integrations.
- Workday Orchestrate(Workflow Automation): Design and implement complex workflows using Workday Orchestrate. Automate cross-functional processes involving HCM Finance and external systems. Configure event-driven orchestration and conditional logic flows. Optimize workflows for performance scalability and error handling
- Integration & API Management: Develop and manage API-based Integrations with experience in middleware integrations (Mulesoft). Ensure secure authentication (OAuth2 certificates) and API governance. Monitor and troubleshoot integration and orchestration failures.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Extend apps and Orchestration. Optimize API calls data payloads and execution time. Implement efficient error handling and retry mechanisms.
- Security & Governance: Configure role-based security for extend apps and orchestration. Ensure compliance with Workday security and data privacy standards.
- Nice to have Workday Extend / Integration certifications Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Exposure to Agile/ Scrum methodologies
