• Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage staff effectively
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high-quality service
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular inventory and manage supplies to meet operational demands
• Recruit train and mentor team members to uphold our restaurant standards
• Monitor and improve food and beverage quality including menu updates
• Manage budgets forecasts and financial performance to achieve profitability
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high standards
• Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
