Job Summary

- Design develop and optimize scalable production-ready API solutions within AWS for a top client in Washington D.C.
- Build secure high-performance RESTful and event-driven services using a serverless-first approach.
- Architect and implement cloud solutions utilizing AWS Lambda API Gateway and DynamoDB.
- Fine-tune event-driven architectures and microservices for low latency and high availability.
- Ensure security and compliance by implementing AWS IAM and best cloud security practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services and deliver seamless cloud solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements and support automated testing throughout the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex distributed systems to deliver reliable production-ready code.
- Leverage programming expertise in Python or Java for cloud-based development.
- Apply knowledge of infrastructure DevOps practices and cloud architecture principles.
- Bonus: Experience with AWS CDK Terraform or Kubernetes is a plus.
