Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Join the Womens Training Apparel creation team to manage and oversee product creation for womens training apparel from elite to everyday athletes.
- Drive and define product vision and strategy that inspires both athletes and retail engagement.
- Lead product and design reviews and guide cross-functional teams through the product creation process.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners including design merchandising sports marketing and consumers.
- Gather and apply insights from athletes and consumers for product development and approval.
- Develop compelling visual tools to influence design and merchandising partners.
- Participate in key strategy check-ins and cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Maintain awareness of womens performance apparel trends and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with bras preferred.
- Exhibit strategic thinking balancing elite athlete performance with retail opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative inclusive and one team environment across functions.
- Navigate ambiguity and provide clear direction for teams.
- Lead by example setting high standards for quality and accountability.
- Continually pursue professional growth and innovative approaches to product development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Retail Merchandising Business or equivalent (additional 2 years relevant experience acceptable).
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in product-related roles.
- Product management experience especially in performance apparel is a plus.
