The SeniorCSoftware Developer plays a key role in designing developingoptimizing andmaintaininghighperformance financial applications and distributed systems used within modern FINTECH environments. The role requires strong software engineeringexpertisein C deep understanding of SQL databases (Oracle preferred) and handson experience with communication protocols such asgRPCand RESTful APIs.

Software Design & Development

• Architect design and develop scalable performant and faulttolerant FINTECH applications usingC

• Implement highquality code adhering to secure coding standards lowlatency design patterns and best engineering practices

• Develop services and components that integrate viagRPCREST APIsand internal messaging frameworks

• Experience working on containerized applications in dockerpodmankubernetesor OCP

• Optimizeapplication performance memoryusageand latency for realtime transaction processing systems

Database Engineering & Data Layer Integration

• Design andmaintaindatabase schemas stored procedures and SQL queries forOracleor other enterprisegrade RDBMS systems

• Ensure efficient data access patterns indexing strategy and query optimization

• Work with large and highthroughput datasets relevant to financial transaction flows

Systems Engineering & Platform Responsibilities

• Deploy configure and troubleshoot applications running onRHEL-based systems

• Monitor system health tune OS/network parameters for highavailability environments and troubleshoot production incidents

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure smoothdeploymentpipelines using CI/CD tools

Networking & Communication Protocols

• Work with transport and application-layer networking concepts (TCP/IP SSL/TLS load balancing service discovery)

• Develop and maintain microservices anddistributedcomponents usinggRPCandRESTful APIs

• Ensure securecompliantand efficient communication flows in financial transaction ecosystems

Automation Scripting & Tooling

• Build automation scripts deployment tools log parsers and monitoring utilities usingBashand optionallyPython

• Create CI/CD improvements automate service rollout procedures and support environment consistency

CrossFunctional Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with Product Owners QA teams DevOps Security and Business Analysts to deliver highquality releases

• Produce clear technical documentation architecture diagrams and operational runbooks

• Participate in technical reviews provide constructive feedback and mentor junior engineers

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements risks and design considerations

• Conduct performance tests to ensure applications handle high efficiency flawlessly

• Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to efficiently implement solutions

• Expand test automation and help to ensure quality in different test environments

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering InformationSystemsor related field

• 510 years hands-on experience inC (C11/14/17)

• Strong objectoriented design data structuresalgorithmsand design patterns

• Experience with multithreading concurrency controls memorymanagementand high throughput applications

• Proficient inOracle SQL PL/SQL functions triggersindexingand performance tuning.

• Experience designing scalable relational schemas

• Hands-on experience withgRPC(Protocol Buffers) RESTful APIs microservices frameworks

• Understanding of message serialization secure communication and service orchestrations

• Proficient inRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)environment

• Knowledge of Linux tools system services packagemanagementand OS tuning

• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS routing firewalls SSL/TLS)
