Salary:$32.00 - $42.00 (DOE)- LMFT LCSW LPC LSW LAMFT LAC

Schedule: 3-4 days per week 8:30am - 7pm

Location: 7373 N Scottsdale Rd Scottsdale AZ 85253 (On-Site)

Responsibilities

Provide transformative individual group and family therapy while maintaining a small caseload
Lead comprehensive treatment planning including development implementation and discharge coordination
Ensure clinical excellence through detailed documentation outcomes testing and treatment standard compliance
Collaborate with our experienced team to deliver optimal client care and support community reintegration
Guide clients and families through the full therapeutic journey from initial rapport-building to successful program completion

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Licensed or qualifying associate licensed therapist in the State of Arizona including:
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT).
Demonstrated experience working with neurodivergent youth and young adults (e.g. ADHD Autism Spectrum Disorder learning differences).
Experience facilitating group therapy with adolescents and/or young adults.
Active CAQH profile and NPI number for credentialing purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

High-acuity clinical experience (IOP/PHP Residential Psychiatric Hospital Crisis Stabilization).
12 years of experience working as an adolescent therapist providing individual family and group therapy.
Training or experience utilizing relational experiential and evidence-based systemic approaches.
Proficiency in administering and interpreting clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
