Were on a mission to grow Rewires business by leaps and bounds and were looking for a Working Student GAIN to help us reach our goals. Youll have the incredible opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in the world of data & AI who have a heart for translating complex data & AI and leadership concepts into state-of-the-art trainings.

Youll help develop high-quality training materials support the delivery of trainings and drive our continuous improvement all as you deepen your own expertise and contribute to Rewires thought leadership in the industry.

Where youll make a difference

• Innovate training content explore opportunities to deliver our training materials in new formats such as videos e-learnings or custom-made applications

• Shape outstanding training programs create and maintain state-of-the-art materials case studies and exercises for our existing GAIN training initiatives

• Support training delivery assist with the preparation execution and follow-up of training sessions internally and/or for our clients

• Build the future enhance our clients capabilities by training them to work with data and AI both in their daily activities and at a more strategic level

• Improve our delivery support the evolution of our learning platform and ensure that all participants enjoy an excellent (learning) experience

What makes you shine

Youre a motivated communicator and a curious learner with a passion for helping others understand and apply data & AI concepts. Youll thrive with us if you bring:

• A strong academic foundation youre currently in your 3rd year or beyond of a technical Bachelors or Masters program (e.g. Data Science Business Psychology Education or Engineering) with excellent results

• Passion for education and technology you enjoy translating complex ideas into engaging and impactful learning experiences

• A hands-on growth mindset you take initiative embrace challenges and are eager to learn and develop continuously

• Effective communication and storytelling skills you can explain abstract topics clearly and creatively

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Where and howyoullwork

Most of your work will take place at our Amsterdam office a space designed to foster problem-solving collaboration and innovation and simply put where we build the future.

Were aiming for a minimum of 16 hours per week ideally 24 hours spread across three days so you can dive deep into projects and still keep your studies on track.

While the office is your main workspace occasional work from home is possible in alignment with your team to support a healthy balance between work and study.

And yes we also know how to have fun: with regular team events and Friday drinks to connect celebrate our wins and sometimes just kick off the weekend right.
