Position: Independent Cook Employment type: Full-time / 38 hours per week Salary indication: 2506 - 3250 gross per month excluding holiday allowance Employment conditions in accordance with the Hospitality CAO

Duties and responsibilities

• Carrying out preparatory work such as washing cutting (pre-)cooking mixing stirring etc.
• Assessing the quality of products/ingredients (freshness shelf life etc.) and preparing equipment
• Executing preparations while monitoring and adjusting quality doneness taste colour consistency etc. where necessary
• Preparing orders for service
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations working conditions rules (Arbo) HACCP and work and presentation methods
• Responsible for inventory and order management
• Technical supervision of assistant(s)

We are looking for someone who

• Has an MBO 3 work and thinking level
• Has proven knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Can work independently and in a structured manner
• Is willing to undergo internal training where necessary

Requirements

• Speaks Dutch (English is a plus not a requirement)
• Has a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands
