Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets (laptops desktops servers peripherals network devices).
Maintain accurate asset inventories in HAM/ITAM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Flexera Snow).
Perform asset audits and reconciliations; identify gaps risks and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards and vendor agreements.
Support procurement refresh reuse and disposal processes.
Analyze asset data to improve cost optimization and utilization.
Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
Work closely with IT operations finance procurement and security teams.
Skills & Experience
8 years of overall experience with 35 years in Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Knowledge of IT Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management principles.
Experience with asset discovery tools and CMDBs.
Strong analytical documentation and reporting skills.
Understanding of hardware lifecycle contracts and compliance requirements.
Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management
Experience with asset management tools (e.g. ServiceNow or similar platforms)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables lookups reporting)
Strong analytical and data reconciliation capabilities
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident Change Problem Management)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
IAITAM certifications (CHAMP CSAM CITAM)
Lean Six Sigma certification
Experience in enterprise/global asset management environments
