RR-Sr Analyst III Infrastructure Services

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets (laptops desktops servers peripherals network devices).

• Maintain accurate asset inventories in HAM/ITAM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Flexera Snow).

• Perform asset audits and reconciliations; identify gaps risks and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards and vendor agreements.

• Support procurement refresh reuse and disposal processes.

• Analyze asset data to improve cost optimization and utilization.

• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.

• Work closely with IT operations finance procurement and security teams.

Skills & Experience

• 8 years of overall experience with 35 years in Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

• Knowledge of IT Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management principles.

• Experience with asset discovery tools and CMDBs.

• Strong analytical documentation and reporting skills.

• Understanding of hardware lifecycle contracts and compliance requirements.

• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

• Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management

• Experience with asset management tools (e.g. ServiceNow or similar platforms)

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables lookups reporting)

• Strong analytical and data reconciliation capabilities

• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident Change Problem Management)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IAITAM certifications (CHAMP CSAM CITAM)

• Lean Six Sigma certification

• Experience in enterprise/global asset management environments
