Claims Quality Analyst Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Experience Required
3 to 5 years of claims handling experience.
Experience in quality reviews audits or compliance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Audits & Reviews
Compliance Validation
Review claim files to ensure quality accuracy and compliance.
Evaluate coverage decisions claim investigations and settlements.
Identify process gaps errors and improvement opportunities.
Prepare quality reports scorecards and performance dashboards.
Provide feedback and coaching recommendations to claims teams.
Assist in creating and updating SOPs and quality guidelines.
Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
