About The Role

Based at Mt Thorley as part of Thiess Asset Services lead and coordinate field service operations to ensure safe efficient and high-quality delivery of maintenance repair and support services to customers.

Responsible for supervising technicians optimising resources maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all work is completed in compliance with company standards budgets and safety needs of Thiess and its customers.

Be available to work a 5/2 days shift roster

About You

A strong ability to lead and manage a mobile team of technicians. Manage multiple jobs across multiple sites to meet the requirements of our clients and Thiess.

Have strong and positive communication skills and a willingness to develop a team to continuously increase Thiess effectiveness for our customers.

Strong technical skills in Caterpillar and Liebherr models and a willingness to impart these skills into your team.
