Position SummaryWe are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our production team in achieving daily and long-term operational goals. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising and coordinating production staff to meet production targets quality standards and safety requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing DescriptionEmbody and promote companys core values (Integrity Growth and Resilience).Provide direct supervision and support to production staff ensuring alignment with daily and long-term production safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and food safety regulations. Promote a zero-incident safety and improve production processes to reduce downtime eliminate bottlenecks and enhance workforce utilization through strategic planning task standardization and cross-training yield performance and implement corrective actions to minimize loss and maximize product recovery while maintaining quality Lean Manufacturing 5S and other CI methodologies to reduce waste and improve process clear and consistent communication with team members and other departments to ensure operational closely with the maintenance team to plan and execute routine and shutdown maintenance minimizing disruptions and extending equipment MS Office tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational additional responsibilities as & Requirements Minimum 2 years of leadership experience ideally in a manufacturing and automation experience considered an asset (case packing case erecting and palletization systems).
