Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our field operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing cleaning crews ensuring exceptional service quality and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mentor and manage a team of supervisors and cleaning technicians (50 staff)
• Oversee daily scheduling routing and deployment of cleaning crews
• Perform regular site inspections and quality control audits
• Maintain strong client relationships and promptly resolve any service issues
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols OSHA standards and company policies
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Recruit hire train and retain quality cleaning staff supervsors and managers
• Control labor costs while upholding high service standards
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
• Respond to urgent client needs (occasional after-hours availability required)

Qualifications

• 4 years of operations management experience in commercial cleaning janitorial services or facilities maintenance (required)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
• In-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning practices chemicals and equipment
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
